Anyone not gettin touched?

After being out on these boards for a while, the number one complaint I hear is people touching your bump.  I have not had this problem yet and I have a fairly decent sized bump (though it is really just my stomach and intestine being pushed up by my ute).

This weekend we had a cookout and my aunt and uncle's cabin with all my aunts, uncles, cousins and I assumed I would have a million hands on my belly, but not a single person touched me.  I was a little surprised.  Don't get me wrong, I am happy that I haven't been felt up.  I guess I am just lucky or maybe I smell funny and no one wants to touch the dirty pregnant girl.

    I haven't been touched as much as I thought I would be (after reading all the stories on here).  But then again, I'm on summer break, and it will be interesting to see how the start to the school year goes.  I can imagine I'll be quite the gropping bag.  lol

     That being said, belly touching doesn't bother me ... YET.  We'll see how I feel if it starts happening more.  lol

    Same thing for me. We've gone to several family BBQ's where I mentally prepared myself to be "felt up" and....nothing! I guess we put off the "don't touch" vibes! I'm ok with it though!

    I've had 2.  One woman at work we all teased because she was a belly toucher so I knew there was no avoiding it.  Then she got let go and the other lady started taking over the other ladys daily touching ritual.  I gave her the look of death!  Hasn't happened again!

    I haven't had anyone try to touch my bump either...and like you, it is noticable, maybe more of my stomach getting pushed up, but there is still something there.  The only exception to this rule is my mom, every time she sees me (which isn't too often) she is obsessed with whether or not I have gotten bigger and she touches my belly...I don't mind her doing it though.

    I am, but not by strangers. Just my hubby and close family, which I don't mind.

    My mom loves to touch my belly! And one of DH's aunts blesses my belly every time we see her, but other then that people ask first and there haven't been too many that have asked.

    Lol only my friends have touched mine but alot of people probably think I am just fat lol... And even when my friends touch they always ask first its funny lol.

    I've had this one just after my 20 week appointment. An aunt was visiting so the family had a big BBQ so we could all see her. Another one of my aunts came up to me as soon as i got there and asked can i touch your belly? I'm really close to this aunt so I wouldn't have cared had she asked or not but I thought it was so nice of her to ask. I said sure so she did and said she was sad because I didnt realy have a bump yet. That's been it so far. Not looking forward to later on when I think it happens to people more. I dont get peoples thing with touching your belly, i dont go up to guys with beer guts and rub there bellys.

    Up until this weekend the only person who had touched my belly was my husband. This weekend I went to my class reunion and got a few belly rubs there.

    Nope, no one bother's my bump although I have been in the house most of the summer.  Yesterday we left church really fast because I knew folk would wanna touch my belly, ask when I'm due, ask am I sure there is only one, etc.  I really don't mind the attention because I'm def an AW, but I didn't feel like being bothered yesterday.

    I have been touched by a couple of family members (which is fine) but, thankfully, no strangers or co-workers.

    Only by family, so  it doesn't bug me. I have no idea how I'll feel about people doing it later when I get really big.

    No one but DH and he is creeped out by it so that is rare too!  I have a small bump for now though so maybe that is why. I dont care though> I would rather not be touched!

    Just by my mom and sister and only when I tell them that she is kicking because they want to feel her move. Other than that none, but then I am not very large and haven't gotten any stranger comments yet so maybe they just don't notice.
