It's not great, and it was a flat knit, which is why there are seams, but it should be functional and it has lots of stretch.

I'm going to try to dye it w/ food coloring if I can find some good directions.

It's my first knitting project. Be gentle.

I think you did a great job! Did you use the Ottobre patter or a different one? I think gaea-creations.com (?) has good info on dyeing with Kool-aid if you go that route. I don't know about one for food coloring, but please post info if you find one!

i love it! you did a great job. i don't think i could do nearly as well as that (and i'm just now working on my first blanket and pair of socks).

i love the original color, def looking forward to seeing how the dye job turns out

That's the one I used. I'm hunting for a dye tutorial right now
