Oh and the best part about my prom, was getting my first ever migraine headache and puking all over some other girls dress. I also spent most of the time hugging up to the toilet. Fun Times.
In my high school, you could only go to prom if you were a junior or senior. BUT, if you were a freshman or sophomore and invited by a junior or senior, you could go.
I went to the prom. It was my first and only blackout experience from drinking too much. Not at the prom though, this was at the after-prom thing at a nightclub. LOL, my poor date.
Re: Completely Random NTR Question: Did you go to "Prom" or "THE Prom"
I went to "prom".
aokiedokie
This more often. But I would be ok with both.
THE prom. And it was like a bazillion years ago too.
It seems to me that going to "prom" is a more recent thing that people say.
I went to "Prom".

went to 'prom'
funny....wouldn't even think twice about either way to say it.
then again, I didn't go. so there
lol
The Prom.
"Prom" sounds pretentious. Like when British people say "I went to hospital" instead of "the hospital."
