  This is a name I liked when I was a teenager naming imaginary kids. LOL I pronounce it Ah-LEE-see-ya. A friend has a daughter name Jalyssia and it's pronounced like this but with a J.

  I know several women and girls with the name Alyssa, and it's pronounced Uh-liss-uh... So I'd imagine that adding an I would make it Uh-liss-ee-uh.

  I've seen this spelling for Alicia (Uh leesh uh) or Alycia (Uh lish uh), but I think it could be Ul liss ee uh also.
