Clothing Help!

Hi girls...my daighter is long and thin...12-18 month jeans and pants are too short while 18-24 month is too big in the waist. Does anyone have the same problem...if so, what brands can you suggest to fit both height and weight? I'm afraid she'll have the same problem I did growing up...long legs...! TIA.

We do a lot of capri pants and dresses, so it doesn't matter.

I kind of have the same issue. We do a lot of dresses/capris/shorts this summer, so there's not a lot of worry, but I have noticed that actually walmart brand jeans fit her the best. So strange- never thought that would be the case, but they really do. She can still wear her 6-9 mth jeans b/c length wise their fine!

a friend of mine has the same issue with her DS, and she has her daughter wear leggings a lot....

I don't know about the girls clothing, but the BabyGap jeans I bought for my son have an adjustable waist -like their maternity jeans. Jack is thin and long, so it helps considerably.

That's the nice thing about girls - cropped and capri pants look cute. I bought some adjustable waist jeans at Pumpkin Patch last year, and those helped.

Joseph is an 18m in width, but can wear a 2-3T in length, and his shirts are 3T.
