I've seen it spelled Grayson and yes, I think it's becoming trendy. It's a bit too yuppie for me, but it's fine.

I don't like it, especially spelled that way. I also just don't like most names that end in "-son," and to top it off Grayson is the name of a really, really redneck town near where I grew up, so I think of that.

I like the name, but I have a student named Grayson that I can't stand. He is super smart and has no social skills so he kind of ruined it for me.

I think it's pretty nice...I wouldn't say overly popular- just becoming more heard of. I taught a boy named Grayson a few years ago- he was a very quiet, polite, intelligent little guy (at 8) so I have + feelings about it.

(I have seen/heard of Gracyn/Gracin for a girl....but not IRL- only on boards)

My daughter is named is Grayson. I love it for a boy or girl and don't know anyone else with the name but I am starting to hear it pop up on tv.

Why do people associate it with the Nanny Diaries? The little boy's name in that was Grayer. I like that name a lot but Greyson just sounds like Grace when it's said in conversation without the second syllable pronounced heavily.

I agree most people think I am saying my daughters name is Gracelynn that is why we call her Gray for short it is different from Grace that way.
