  • DS's godfather's name is Grayson. ?I love the name. ?I've seen it used for girls more often lately, but I think it's better for a boy.

  • The Nanny Diaries.  And hearing it, Josh Gracin.
  • i don't like it - i'm not a fan of most "son" names though.
  • I don't like it, especially spelled that way. I also just don't like most names that end in "-son," and to top it off Grayson is the name of a really, really redneck town near where I grew up, so I think of that.

  • I like the name, but I have a student named Grayson that I can't stand.  He is super smart and has no social skills so he kind of ruined it for me.

  • I think it's pretty nice...I wouldn't say overly popular- just becoming more heard of. I taught a boy named Grayson a few years ago- he was a very quiet, polite, intelligent little guy (at 8) so I have + feelings about it.

(I have seen/heard of Gracyn/Gracin for a girl....but not IRL- only on boards)

  • I think it is a cute name for a boy...don't know any with the name so no bad associations.

I agree. They sound soo last namey and son names are very trendy right now. ?

  • Why do people associate it with the Nanny Diaries? The little boy's name in that was Grayer. I like that name a lot but Greyson just sounds like Grace when it's said in conversation without the second syllable pronounced heavily.
