Stupid RLS....

Make it stop! Im sitting here at work trying to concentrate (ok, I lied, Im really bumping) But I can't get my legs to calm down... anyone else with this prob and what are some remedies for it?

    I had problems with RLS at night in my second trimester - when I started taking a higher-iron prenatal vitamin it stopped. Might be coincidence, but worth a shot!

    Ok, I have posted this a few times and always feel crazy - but I tell you this works!  My hubby has RLS and I heard on NPR to put a bar of soap in the bed, at the bottom, in between the sheets and after a few days - waaa laaa! no more RLS. My hubby has been doing it for 2 years and never complains about RLS. I have totally passed this on to others and have been told it works for them too... So go get yourself a bar of dove, unwrap it and toss it in the bed!

    This may be a dumb question, but what exactly does RLS feel like? I have been having some weird feelings in my legs and I'm not sure if that's it or not...TIA!

    To me, it feels like your legs won't calm down, like they need to constantly move... it is a nerve thing, like they are still going while the rest of you is trying to rest...
