Where are all the GP Mamas?

Alright, I tried to stay out of this but I can't. Here's my take, GP mamas are liked in moderation. But the line between too much and not enough is very ambiguous. And quite honestly, it's too much effort for me to deal with. So I post when I'm paged or when I have something to contribute. But other than that I just lurk.

This mama drama is getting really old. New subject please.

If there were only perfect rules about the perfect amount of posts we were allowed and what the subject matter allowed would be... haha.

I do post once and a while, but as the other girls have said, we are following the request of GPers. Are you asking us to stop posting belly pics as well??

Just as many of the GP regs got tired of hearing the debate over the GP Mamas, so did the mamas. That's why many of us took a step back! Honestly the opinion of whether the mamas should or should not post turns with the tide, so while it's not the majority, it's enough for us to stop justifying our presence!

I usually stay out of this debate, but I always wonder about the women who do want the GP Mamas to leave, do you stop being friends with your IRL friends if they get pregnant? I started with alot of the GP Mamas and it is truly saddening to not be able to keep up with thier pregnancies and lives and hear their amazing voices on the board.

I'm not sure who asked you guys to step back...but why is thier "opinion" more valid then those of us who would welcome you all back and truly miss your contributions to the board? Pregnancy or not related!

I would do a poll, but there are always going to be those that will vote against the GP Mamas but not have the balls to admit it.

Heather - I think for the most part, the GP Mamas are sick of people making comments about them being here. I would be too. I would be more inclined to say Fuuck off, but most ARE trying to be respectful of everyone's feelings. They have said multiple times that they are here for them if we need them.
