Daycare "Interview"

I never paid attention to the posts that asked nesties what to ask at daycare interviews because i didn't think i would be needing it.  However, DH, ike and i are going to meet with ike's potential DCP today at 6pm.  I am 99.9% sure that ike will be going to this place, but i would still like to hear what questions yall asked.  Appreciate it! :o)

    1. Sick kid policy/options
    2. Payment for days when your child is sick/on vacation/absent
    3. Discipline policy
    4. What snacks/meals are provided... and what do they consist of
    5. What types of beverages do you offer
    6. What is the staff turn-over rate
    7. Do your employees get paid time off and/or health benefits
    8. What is your overall childcare/education philosophy
    9. What are your safety/security policies (ie: do you have a locked main entrance? video cameras in the rooms? Do you enforce a mandatory showing of picture ID for child pick-up? Is there a sign-in/sign-out sheet? Do you have a cleaning service-- how are facilities cleaned?)
    10. Can I visit and/or observe my child in the classroom at any time?
    11. Are you certified/licensed/acredited
    12. What is your child to staff ratio
    13. Are all staff First Aid and CPR certified
    14. Do your require your staff to take continuing education courses in child development and safety
    15. What's the charge if I'm late to pick up
    16 What would a staff member do if my child was crying inconsoleably
    17. What holidays/days do you close and do I pay for those days
    18. What is the routine of a typical day
    19. What is your billing policy
    20. Can I please have a list of references!

    5. Menu - whats a general menu for the day/week
    6. Napping
