how many BH are ok? 32wks.

i've hade bh for a month or so now but they are getting more intense as time goes on.  i had 3 in about 45 min, i dont think they are contractions so i'm not too concerned.  how many is ok or does it really matter since they aren't the real thing? oh and i did loose some of my MP last week, and was 20% effaced 2 wks ago, i know neither means anything but just thought i'd throw that out there. thanks for any advice :)

    My docs rules are 4-5 in an hour.  Rest, drink a bunch of water, and lay on your left side.  If they continue at 4-5 an hour then call.

    I think it's 10 in an hour, or if they start showing a pattern, or if they don't change when you change position & hydrate.

    i have been having them frequently since 24 weeks - my ob says as long as they arent very painful (ie- you need to breathe through them) and/or arent showing a pattern (more than every 10 minutes) its ok.  if you are concerned, call your ob's office
