Sweet smelling poop?

DS has been EFF since 4 months old; he's been on table food for about a week now pretty much exclusively... He's been spitting up again lately (hasn't done that in months), and tonight his poop smelled sweet.  Any ideas?

    DS' poop has smelled sweet before -definitely not a "good sweet" but yes, sweet! I honestly don't remember what foods we thought may have caused it though, maybe certain fruits? Re: spitting up, we've never really dealt with that but could it be indigestion? Acidic foods like tomato sauce or citrus fruits might cause that. Just a thought.

    Dss sweet smelling poop is usually due to an increase in his fruit intake. Esp blueberries, I can smell them in his poop (and see them) yuck!

    He did have blueberries yesterday with dinner but it was only 4 hours before the BM so I thought that wasn't enough time... maybe it was?

    in my experience, the blueberries fly through and always have that rotten sweet smell.?
