OMG she slept well again!!

Can you believe it? I got 3 hours, 4 hours & 3 hours. I can't believe this whole time all she needed was tylenol in the middle of the night. I always thought if she was teething, she'd need tylenol at the beginning so I had stopped giving it to her. It didn't seem to be helping. She was still waking up.

Well low & behold she was feeling her pain in the middle of the night, not in the beginning. I feel so terrible that she was in pain for so long. My poor baby. But at least we got it figured it out. Right?

  • Interesting.  My daughter is getting molars and sleeping even worse than usual.  I had been trying Tylenol or Motrin when we first went to bed, but I think I will try your suggestion tonight!

  • I had been giving the meds upon the first wakeup, if enough time had elapsed since the bedtime dose.  He slept another 4-5 hours, too.  It makes sense that the pain would be unbearable in the middle of the night.  During the day there is so much going on that activity often distracted from the pain.
