  • Alisenne?  No.  Plus, it just doesn't go with Evan David.  Allison and Evan seem more appropriate.
  • Why not stick with Adrienne and call her Addy for short?

Looks strange! Why not just stick w/ Allison or Alyson?

Something just bugs me about those. I don't know why!  And I like the name Adrienne - so I'm thinking along the lines of that.

I don't think there would be any pronounciation issues...if there are then that would be the fault of the other person...it's pretty straight forward : )

No, Allison/Alison/Alyson/Allyson are straightforward.  Alisenne is just ridiculous.  Looks like someone failed French or something.  I like the classic name but think this looks terrible.

Pretentious, ridiculous spelling of an otherwise very good name.

ditto.  This  will often be pronounced as Ali-seen.

Since it appears French, my instinct was to?use French pronunciation, which would be "Ali-SENN"?- I didn't get that it was supposed to be "Allison" until others mentioned it.

Ditto. You are wrong to think the majority of people will pronounce it Allison. I think the majority will pronounce it wrong!?
