My sister just decided she is getting married in 7 weeks!! I found these on etsy but was thinking I can make them myself. I don't even know what they are called to google how to make them. Any idea? TIA

They are to hang in the trees. It's an outside wedding.

Super dooper easy. Here's a good DIY instructional list- there are tons of others online, too! I think Michael's carries a MS kit, but, don't bother- just get the supplies yourself and go!

also check the Martha Stewart website, tons of different varieties of paper pompoms and paper flowers with directions.
