I bought a pair of stride-rite dress shoes from ebay. They don't look like they were worn more than a handful of times. I just want to sterilize them somehow. How can I do this? They're not tennis shoes, so I can't just throw them in the washer. I need a way to clean the insides.
Re: 2nd hand shoes, how do you clean them?
Since it is just the inside, could you rub a cottonball with some alcohol on it? I would try that and not stress too much. Luckily most toddlers haven't had a case of athletes foot yet...ha. I bought a pair of striderites at a garage sale and wiped it down with some antibacterial wipes and said a prayer
. Magic erasers work great for scuff marks on the bottom too!
