what temp do you give tylenol for?

99.7 and he feels really hot to the touch, even after I took off his sleep sack. he keeps whimpering and waking himself up and his nose is running. i went ahead and gave him the lowest dose...i hope i'm not overreacting.

(i know, I know this is a q for the doctor...just asking what YOU do.)

No teeth coming in that I know of, but he did have a little cereal last night and tonite...but i dont think that would be a reaction, do you?

    Technically a fever is over 100.4 degrees. How are you taking his temperature?

    Did you just start the cereal last night?  If not, I'm thinking it sounds more like teething.  DS didn't run a fever or have a runny nose but I've heard that these can be signs of teething.  Our pedi told us to call if the fever reaches 100.4 or above.  Oh and I would have given my ds the low dose of tylenol too.
