I think the nesting has hit

I cannot wait to get off work, I have a few projects I want to work on for the nursery, I want to clean the dining room top to bottom, clean out my closet. I think the nesting has offically hit.

    It's brutal isn't it. I often have times...or days really...when I have nothing to do at work and it literally drives me batty sitting here doing nothing when I know I need to be at home unpacking (moved at the beginning of the month) and getting my baby room ready.

    The other problem I have is that I have this huge urge to get everything done, but get worn out really quickly, so don't get nearly as much done as I want or intend to and then I get even more OCD feeling...yeah, it's bad!

    I understand completely although I am running out of energy fast. We painted the nursery last weekend and have been working on the house non-stop since. I honestly think that nesting has hit for my Dad more than anyone else..lol. He is doing all of the work at our house with my DH and he has been on a roll. He has been at the house every night this week which I appreciate sooo much but I am just sooo tired too!!

    Nesting is fun though! Good luck with your projects tonight Smile

    Oh, I totally started nesting within the last week.  All of a sudden, I'm redoing my DS's room, tearing apart the LO's room to get it ready, ridding the house of any excess stuff (I've been on a purging binge), and baking like there's no tomorrow.  I'm joining your nesting party.
