classic pregnant woman dilema

in 2nd Trimester

We are redoing our only bathroom. Our neighbors have said we can stay at their home while they are away. The catch is that their AC is not working.

We live in a rowhouse, so it is also possible to walk from house to house without much problem. Last night, DH slept in our house, I slept over there (just didn't want to have to run around the corner in the middle of the night).

    I'd go for the bathroom and just bring a couple fans along.

    You aren't too far from where I live and I couldn't imagine being without AC right now!  I would go over solely to use their shower and stay in your own house during the days and nights!

    I can't imagine life without a bathroom. What would you do for the middle of the night pee?

    I voted for AC, but it depends on how hot it is there.  Anything over ~75 is too hot!!

    The only problem that I could see (if you were me), is having to get up in the middle of the night to pee.  But....I can't live without AC right now.  The humidity is what kills me.  I hate that sticky feeling and can't sleep at all (DH will turn down the AC in the middle of the night b/c he's too cold).

    I would go for the bathroom.

     Last summer DH and his dad totally renovated our ONLY bathroom, which ended up taking a few days. Since we don't know a lot of people in our area, I ended up going to the gym to take a shower. Sucked. Hope the bathroom renovation doesn't take too long.

    I think tonight is supposed to be cooler than it was earlier this week.  I'd definitely go with the bathroom.  I'm not a fan of walking the streets at 2am.

    We are renovating our only bathroom right now (our toilet is back in and working though).  Luckily, we own an RV that is parked in the driveway.  So, if I woke up at night, I'd just throw on some jammies and run out to the RV to use the potty.  No big deal.  It was so much more comfortable to sleep in the AC instead of sleeping in the RV just to be near the toilet.  Comfortable sleep = better quality sleep, your days will be much easier.
