Prescription PNV with DHA - purple/white?

Okay, this is a long shot. My doctor gave me 5 different samples of PNV with DHA in them. I lost the package for the one I liked.... I know the bottle was purple and white and the pill was small, tablet (not gelcap), and maybe purplish/gray.

Does anyone use one that sounds like this? What is yours called?

I'm realizing getting prescrip. PNV through my prescription insurance is going to be WAY cheaper than just buying OTC PNVs at the store, so I want to get some. Help!

(I may just call the doctor but I wanted to ask here first).
