I noticed that it helped my adult acne some. I was getting it on the back of my neck and my back and when I started taking b6 it lessened a lot. I stopped taking it this cycle b/c I ran out and the acne is coming back (gr!). I am going to get more today as I have noticed a difference so quickly. Wasn't sure if other people had the same benefit but it is worth it for anything that helps acne!

Edit: I noticed a difference in how quickly it came back when I stopped taking the b6.

It happened pretty slowly. I started noticing it a few weeks in. Hopefully you'll notice a difference from it.

I noticed the opposite. I had a terrible breakout on my back about a week after I started taking it. My ob said the acne is a sign my hormones are working, but I thought it was strange that it came on right after I started taking b6.
