So I started doing a 10 minute solution: prenatal pilates program that has five - 10 minute videos. Well I love all of them but one. I don't feel comfortable cause she starts out doing what she calls, "rolls ups" where she puts like 2 - 3 pillows under her back while laying flat on the yoga mat and "rolls up". Basically doing an easier form of sit ups if you ask me! You're not completely flat on the floor because of the pillows but I'm kind of nervous to do ab work outs cause I thought it was not good to do! Anyway would you feel comfortable doing them?

The "Complete Pregnancy Workout" also does modified sit-ups with pillows. From what I understand, it IS still fine to work out your abs in a modified manner, and the concern is more of lying flat on the ground than actually using your abs, but definitely ask your doctor if it makes you uncomfortable.
