Oh man this reminds me...one day this lady felt like my dad had cut her off so she pulled up next to him at the light and yelled "I have a baby on board!" He yelled back "Congratulations!" At the time I was mortified...now I think it was hilarious!

I was given three of them and re-gifted them. Personally I really do not want to advertise anymore then the obvious (carseat) that I have a child in my car.?

There have been times when I felt like yelling that to people.
But that story IS hilarious!
Edit: I think they're dumb. It's like saying, "Ooh, Ooh, steal my baby! Pick mine!"

I think they're very annoying and ridiculous. It's not like some jackass will think, "Golly gee, I was totally going to t-bone her, but now that I see that there is a precious little baby on board, I will drive responsibly and carefully".
I really don't get why people get SO annoyed by these. Whenever I hear people complain about them, it's like they are losing sleep over it. I don't get what the big issue is. To each their own.
We have them. I am trying to understand how on earth someone is going to "steal" my baby out of a moving car (as one pp stated); huh?? And hey, if it makes even one person drive a bit more carefully around me, then it's worth it to me.
I personally like it when I use the carpool lane, so people don't think I'm cheating.
