Hope I'm Not the ONLY One...

in 2nd Trimester

...who sings LO a lullabye before going to bed each night.

I'm kind of hoping that I will find one that (once he is here) may help him settle when I put him down to sleep.

Anyone else who does this? Or any lullabye suggestions?

    I don't sing to her, but I talk to her sometimes when I'm in the car by myself. DH is the one who will play certain songs for LO to listen to.

    I talk to the baby when I'm home alone. ?I don't do it when DH is home... he will probably think I am insane!!!!

    For a project in High School I actually composed a lullabye, I sing this to LO whenever I'm alone :)

    I sing to him and we both talk to him!  DH likes to read him books at night!

    I try to read to her every night. Along with that I do twinkle twinkle little star. I also hope this will be a way to sooth her based off memory.

    Your not! and chances are your LO will remember that song when he is born! I dont have the link but someone posted on here an article about babys being able to recognize songs that they heard frequently in the womb after birth.

    I don't sing, because I have a terrible voice, but my husband and I read to him 3-4 times a week.

    I just read a story to him nightly.  I was dancing in the mirror with him earlier today.

    I sung likeva cat being tortured so no songs here. However, dh and I talk to her all the time and tell her goodnight. Dh kisses her.

    I will definetly sing to my LO when she gets here. I love to sing and my mom always sang to me.

    I don't sing a lullaby, but the baby gets to hear the bedtime stories every night. Bed time stories are mandatory for the boys, but the baby must love them too : )
