Just wanted to know if anybody else is from FL or near by? I'm due in January and am super excited for my water baby to get here. I figure it will be perfect timing, around 5 or 6 months when it's super hot, we'll be able to get baby in the pool and cool off.

I'm not super familiar with the area but I love to go camping down there. Some great springs! Last time we went on a 4 mile canoo trip...so fun!
Not sure how I keep double posting. I grew up in Orlando, my Mom worked at Disney so we went all the time.
Oh yes, the springs are amazing around here. We have quite a few within central Florida.
I actually grew up hanging out at Salt Springs and Silver Glen, hopefully our son will enjoy it too.

Yeah, the heat and humidity are killing me too. I am thankful that I'm not father along right now though, I'd be dying!
Yes, we're hoping our LO enjoys the water as well. We're big into watersprots and just plain lounging in the water so hopfully they will enjoy it as much as we do.
Lucky you! I couldn't imagine living so close to Siesta Key. It is my most favorite place in Florida, especially the Village. We stay there once a year for our anniversary and the beach is fantastic!
