in 2nd Trimester

does anyone else find that tones your dh uses are really upsetting you these days??

I am normally a very sarcastic person by nature and sometimes dh doesn't realize it and he gets snippy with me... well last night we were coming in the house and our dog ripped her leash (retractable one) out of his hand... well he was behind me and it smacked me right in the back of the thigh.. so i was being sarcastic and told him i thought he let go on purpose... well it sent him off and then later that night he got even snippier with me and i told him i didn't care for his tone because it upsets me...

am i alone in this??

    Yeah...I think DH is more um...hormonal than normal.

    Personally, I've yelled at DH over crap like that. And I'm not usually one to yell, so I think he gets the point.

    Lately I feel that DH has a rude tone in his voice but then when I think about it later, it's probably just me thinking this. He never yells so sometimes I might say he is "yelling" at me although we both know that's not true. I think I am over annalyzing things lately.. lol

    My DH chewed me out for being sarcastic, and i simply said to him would he want me sarcastic and humerous or hormonal and bursting into tears?

    My dh is just being a little Biotch these days b/c he is having to do projects on his precious time off.  God forbid we get something done early!  (also I'm really irritable today, can you tell? LOL!)

    Am I the only one with a DH that speaks kindly to me? We never use hurtful or sarcastic tones...

    I don't have a problem with tones. DH isn't usually rude or loud, but I have been very needy lately. I want him in the same room with me all evening and even complained last night b/c he wanted to go work out-lol. I've been very whiny and clingy. Embarrassed
