I feel like I was beaten with a baseball bat........

in 1st Trimester
So I have HG and can hardly do anything.  I have been forcing myself to go to work a few days a week because I am a supervisor and feel guilty not being there.  Well that is the most activity I have been doing and for the most part I am trying to just stay seated at my desk.  Yesterday I felt a bit of energy so I cleaned the bathroom at our house.  That's it all I did was clean the bathroom and today I can hardly walk.  I feel terrible and am struggling to even move my arms.  That's all I got, really looking forward to second tri.  Thanks for listening to my Vent!

    I feel your pain.  I have been on the couch for almost 6 weeks.  I usually only get up to go to the bathroom and I haven't left the house other than dr's appts and er trips.  I have lost a lot of my muscle mass from lack of movement and mal-nutrition.  I can't even lift my 4 year old DD off the floor any more.  I have trouble standing long enough to shower.  It sucks!  I hope it gets better for you in the 2nd tri.  It didn't make any difference for me.  I have the zofran pump on the highest possible dose, but that hasn't been a miracle cure either.
