I have been PNV for some time, but at my 1st. appt my Dr gave me 5 different samples to try and Im supposed to call him with the one I want so i can order my prescrp. I'm just horrible about making decesions so I'm curious as to what you all are on?
Target brand PNV. My doctor recommended those and didn't give me a prescription. Some PNVs make people sick, so I would try the ones you have and pick the one that doesn't have side effects for you.
My Dr also gave me a bunch of different samples to try. I am taking Duet DHA. There are 2 pills to take each day (they are packaged together). One is the follic acid and the other is the multi-vitamin.
I just got a prescription....i'm a little perplexed about the fact that you were given samples, how are you supposed to decide? it's not like you can tell if it's "working"

He mentioned something about differnt PNV affect people differnt. Some might make me more prone to stool problems vs morning sickness. I dunno. Luv my doc to death but blah prescribe me somethign already lol
I'm taking one-a-day prenatal plus the DHA supplement that comes with it. I haven't had any problems with it and have been taking it for several months now.
I take one of the whole food brands three times a day.
I take Whole Foods brand, too, but I must take a different kind because mine are once a day.

I've been on Prenate DHA for over a year and have never had a problem with it. It's easy to swallow, hasn't caused loose stools or constipation, and has never made me sick.
It took 3 1/2 long years, but we finally got our little miracle!

I'm taking One-A-Day Prenatal & DHA supplement. I was taking it in the morning & it made me sick almost immediately. I switched to taking it before bed and have been fine.

I amtaking the Citra Natal Assure and so far so good. I really like them. The vitamin tablet is the prenate with a stool softner amongst many other things, while the gel tab is DHA. DHA is for the baby's brain and eye development.
DHA is for the baby's brain and eye development. I don't know if you have noticed lately but it's a supplement that everyone is pushing in baby land. It's now availble in Juicey Juice.
Nature Made Prenatal. They're great and as I long as I take them with breakfast I feel fine...I can't stomach DHA supplements though. I will wait until the end of my first trimester and then give them another go....hopefully m/s won't be as uncomfortable. I do try to eat fish twice a week so hopefully that helps!
Re: What brand of PNV are u taking?
