Anyone have a VW Passat and a Britax seat?

DH and I are trying to find one for DD and we are leaning toward getting a Boulevard but are wondering if it will be too big (tall). I'm headed there tomorrow to see if it will fit (they will let you take it to your car to see the fit, correct?). Anyone have a Passat and a Britax? Or another convertable seat you like?

    Random question: Will you please let me know what you get? I have to get a new car seat ASAP but my Passat is going to be in the shop another week. I have no idea what is going to fit!! TIA!

    We have a Marathon in an 04 Passat and it fits fine, the passenger seat is pushed up a little, but someone can still ride there.

    What kind of issues are y'all having? I just had to have MAJOR engine work done. It was close to the sludge issue, but not enough to get it fixed for free thru VW or be in the class action suit.

    I'm not having any issues with the car, just deciding on a seat. but I HATE HATE HATE my VW. Worst decision I ever made. (And unfortunately, I was up against a wall-my saturn died and I needed to get a car that same day.  was between a rock and a hard place.)

    I have a 2007 Paasat and I have the Britax Marathon in there with as much room as when I had the Chicco infant seat. It actually fits better in my car then in my husbands 4 door Jeep Wrangler.
