We have a ton of kids and family to invite. But do you bother making it organized or just let everyone mingle and run wild. It will be too cold to go outside as well.

    Ditto this!  J's bday is in February and we'll probably just have friends and family at our house for cake and food.  The kids can play with whatever and that will be that!

    We are also going to have a lot of kids, and I am going casual. I have a pinata planned as an activity- other than that, run wild.
