is it possible for my belly to grow 3 inches in a week?

in 3rd Trimester

Because mine did! I measured last week and it was def a lot smaller!  Is this possible? Can the baby have a growth spurt?

MD appt monday guess ill ask her.......but anyone else have quick belly growth?

    It might be baby's position. Maybe baby is pushing out in one place making your belly wider than it was before.

    Maybe.  I had a huge weight gain between my 35 week appt. and my 37 week appt. but I'm not sure what the difference between my belly measurements were.  I just know that drastic weight gain in two weeks kind of took me by surprise! lol

    If you're talking about taking your own 'waist' measurement (like any of us have a waistline anymore,lol!) then you bet!  Mine jumped 5 1/2 inches in two weeks!
