Like one that hangs and matches your bedding? Waste of money. We have a pbk diaper caddy on the dresser that holds all of her wipes/diapers/lotions and it works great, and keeps everything organized.

I did get a diaper changer organizer from target that I like. It has a space for diapers, the tub of wipes, pockets for lotions, rash cream, bulb syringe, whatever. I think it was about $20. Our changing table doesn't have any drawers and the shelves are pretty low, so we were always trying to balance the wipes and creams, and they would fall, or get lost, or whatever. Now everything we possibly need is right there at hand.
Hanging one? Waste of money. I have a plastic one that sits on the dresser, and has side containers for ointment/cream tubes, and other random baby stuff. And you sit the wipes on top of it. I love that one.

I don't think it's necessary to have a diaper stacker that matches your bedding or anything extreme. However I think having something that holds diapers right next to where you change your baby is a must have.
LOL! I'm apparently the only one who uses it! I keep all of my own cloth diapers in there! We have no storage space otherwise. We do have a diaper service, but I do some of my own as well, and this is a good place for them

Definitely a waste. I have a decorative box that sits on the dresser right next to the changing pad.
