BFing moms- anything for pain besides Advil?

I'm having the period from HELL. It's worse than pre-bcp periods. UGH.
Is there anything besides Advil/Tylenol (OTC) that I can take for the pain? I couldn't even sleep through my cramps last night and I seem to be counting the seconds for 4 hours until I can take another dose.
