Lab work...
I called the OB office yesterday to find out about my lab work that I had done last week because I had blood in my urine at my last prenatal appointment. I got a call back today while I was in the class. The message left for me was that they got my bloodwork and urinalysis back, but there was no urine culture done and they're investigating what happened. Seriously? So, I called them back at their request to find out they left for the day around 4 and they'll get back to me sometime tomorrow. So, I still have no idea if it's a UTI or kidney infection. Which on top of this I've been coming down with a cold since Saturday night and today was just a bad day overall in feeling. I looked so bad to everyone at the shop that they carried my machine out to my car and kept getting me glasses of water which I greatly appreciated, but felt bad to need the help.
I hope it was a mixup because I'd like to find out the cause and have it treated. If it's a UTI great because that's easier to deal with but I don't have the pain associated with UTI... I have been having the pain associated with the kidney infection like last time I was pg. It's not bad, but I feel it especially when I get dehydrated. And plus, the meds for the kidney infection made me incredibly sick last time. I couldn't keep anything down other than very slowly sipped water and that was pushing it some days. Sorry, I just needed to get all this off my mind. Thanks for listening.

Man, that's rough. I didn't realize what was going on! Just keep drinking water and stay hydrated so you don't have pain. Is there any reason why it would come back only in pregnancy or is it kinda like a UTI where pregnant women are just more susceptible? I had one last time too, but had no symptoms.
