anyone want to analyze my dream?

what do you think this means? 

so let me start by saying that I very rarely remember my dreams but last nights dream i completely remember and it felt so real

so here it is: i was sleeping and i suddenly woke up so i went to go pee and while i was in there i decided to poas and within seconds it came up positive and i started screaming for mh to wake up to look at this and when he got up he started laughing at me because i was still sitting on the toilet waving my arms with the test in my hand

and then i woke up and of course had to pee but didn't test

i could just be going crazy b/c i'm in a 2ww, but what do you think?

    I had a dream I was pg before I got a BFP. Then I also had a dream that I wasn't pregnant anymore. I woke up crying. A week later we found out about the m/c. I hope your dream is a good sign!
