Oh really?! I love, love, love where I live. Yes, it's pricey, but the weather, the people, the Mexican food, the beaches and the things to do make it worth it! You'll have to keep me posted and let me know if you need any more info!
I feeling about the same, but I am so grateful for it. Thanks for asking.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I moved from San Diego last year and I miss it every day!!! I lived in South Park and LOVED it!!
PCOS, lupus anticoagulant, MTHFR (A1298C, one copy)
2 IUIs & 1 IVF = BFN
FET#1 = It's a girl! Born 7.1.10
FET#2 = c/p
FET#3 = Twin girls! Born on 3.16.12 at 33w2d due to severe pre-E. After 4 weeks in the NICU they are home!
Me too! I'm more of a Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Downtown, Coronado kind of person. I grew up in Spring Valley (east county) and needed to be closer to the beach...For schools, I've always heard the Poway school district is good (north inland), but most north county ones that Kimarino mentioned should be decent, along with Carmel Valley. North Park and South Park are cute too.
I grew up in Carlsbad, it was great! I loved being near the beach and close to all sorts of things but far enough away from the city to still have that small town beachy feel. Granted this was 15 yrs ago so Carlsbad is quite a bit bigger now.
If you want to check out school districts use this link, type in the part of the district name and it will give you the API score of the district overall and the individual scores in the district. Anything over 800 is great, 900 is excellent. I would say bare minimum you want to be over 750.
Re: anyone live in or near San Diego?
Me!
I like north county coastal... Carlsbad, Encinitas, Cardiff by the Sea, Solana Beach, Del Mar, La Jolla

thanks Kimarino! There is a small chance we might relocate there. I'm nervous but excited. Can't beat the weather!
How are you feeling? I hope that your all day m/s passes soon!
