Do you use Craigslist? If so, what are some things you've gotten from Craigslist?

I use it ALL the time. It's actually always in on one of my Firefox tabs and sometimes I just go on there to see what's there. I've gotten: roommates, friends (from someone who didn't want to be a roommate but we got along really well), my first car, rat cages, apartments, my wedding dress (FREE, baby!), random wedding stuff like my table number holders, and a bunch of random things like car seat covers and camera gear. I puffy heart Craigslist!

And now, of course, I keep looking at the baby stuff on there. I actually found my dream bassinet on there (a lot of times they are not used, which is probably the only way I'd buy that) and a bunch of nice cloth diapers. I'm restraining from buying baby stuff right now, though. But it's still fun to look.

I promised DH to start searching Craigslist for baby related things, especially major furniture pieces. He was looking at how much some of those cribs cost and he said, "Can't we find some of this used?"

I use craigslist all the time! Have gotten tons of stuff off of there, some baby related too! Including our double stroller(a maclaren in like new condition), swing(brand new in box), bassinet(brand new) and a bunch more! I think it is such a great idea!

I've actually sold more things on craigslist than I've bought. I've sold a chandelier, fridge, dish set, washer and dryer, advertised for garage sales, and probably a lot more than I can think of.

We bought a crappy vacuum cleaner from there when ours broke and we needed a cheap one ASAP. That's the only thing that I can think of that I've bought.
