9 Months moves slower than expected

I am not sure if it is just me, but I expected my pregnancy not to feel like it is dragging on so much.  Don't get me wrong - I am thrilled to be having a baby and am so excited.  However, I feel like time has dragged by ever since week ten. May be I am too type A.  I am trying to embrace the last fourteen week - hopefully my impatience will subside.  Anyone else feel like time is going slowly.

    Yes, it does feel like it is going really slowly.  I feel like I am always waiting for what will happen next (right now, showing, finding out gender, feeling baby move).  The anticipation is killing me!!

    Yes, and it's driving me nuts! Smile

    But, it's a good thing because we are in the early stages of renovating the nursery and I need all the time I can get!

    I feel like 2nd tri has dragged on forever.  Of course, I didn't find out I was pg until 10w (yeah, I'm one of those people who doesn't track my periods or pay much attention...) so 1st tri was like 3 weeks for me.  I think that once we slip into 3rd tri it will feel like it's going really quickly.  Also, I find that by counting the days every day, it seems like it's going a lot faster.  I think for some people this has the opposite effect, but for me it works. 

     Also, I try to stay busy.  For the last two months I had summer session of my MBA program so it felt like I barely even had time to sleep, muchtheless be bored.  Now I'm taking my little 3 week break to spend some time gussying up the nursery.  Try to find little projects to keep yourself busy.  =)

    I feel like this pregnancy has flown by! I'll be in 3rd tri in a week and I'm hoping it keeps on flying by. I know that last month will probably drag though.

    Oh my goodness YES! Everyone kept telling me the time would fly by and I'm still waiting for it to feel that way! I feel like time is crawling!
