My baby girl has to share her closet with....

...my husband's Army crap Sad

We cleaned out her room today since my baby showers are coming up and I want to get started on her nursery. We found places for everything else, but the Army issues an overwhelming amount of "gear" that we have no room for anywhere else. Poor girl! Can't it all just be sweet and prissy and pink? lol

    Don't feel bad, our nursery closet is full of storage stuff, so our daughter will have to use a dresser for all her clothes. I'll be so happy to sell this house once the market gets better, the closet space is dismal.

    My husband stores all his beer brewing equipment in the "nursery" closet.  I'm pretty sure our kids (at least their clothes) are just going to smell like beer.  :)

    I feel you...My crafting supplies are in the nursery closet...the guest room closet is packed full of DH's army stuff...Luckily we will only be here 2 months after she is born before we move to his next assignment and I can reorganize things...

    We are moving to our next station a few weeks after she is born. Worse case we will get a storage unit for his crap.

    lol I know EXACTLY how you feel!!  Our baby's closet (and a big corner ofthe actual room) is filled with his Army gear... But it fits with it I guess... We're having a camo themed nursery :)

    And, we actually don't even have a closet yet...still needs to be built (damn the last owner who removed it!).  I want to have access to come of my sewing and scrapbooking supplies so, baby will have to share the closet.  Good thing infant clothes don't take up all that much room!
