Chiropratic care??

Is anyone getting pre natal chiropratic care? I started mine about 6 months ago and I really love it. I am anxious to see if it helps me during this pregnancy and even with giving birth. I've read many things in their office that says it helps considerably.

Does anyone have any neg or positive stories or experiences with chiropractic care. I will keep everyone posted as to how it's helps me, since I can compare this pregnancy with my first.

My SIL is a chiropractor and urged me to get adjustments throughout my first pregnancy. I got them every 2-4 weeks or so. Maybe every 1-2 weeks late into the third tri. I think they helped - I never had back pain or anything throughout the pregnancy. I've also had DD adjusted since that was also recommended. I plan on doing all of this for this pregnancy too (don't have a ticker yet, but I'm about 5 weeks)

I also take my DS who is 28 months. He loves it and the Dr. assures me that by taking him once a month it will greatly reduce the issues in the future including asthma and allergies. He has never once been afraid to go see her. She says that babies and little kids know that it makes them feel better so they are not scared. It's very interesting to me.

Erica is very still while SIL adjusts her. You can tell when something has 'popped' because she starts giggling.

Routine adjustments are supposed to also help prevent ear infections.

I've been seeing a chiropractor now for a year and a half due to a herniated disc. I am going to continue to see my chiropractor throughout my pregnancy and after. I'm hoping that it will help, so far so good.
