headaches and BFing?

Anyone else getting killer headaches?  I seem to get them in the afternoon/evening....I'm wondering if I'm dehydrated or not eating enough.

    I am!  My doc said to make sure I am keeping myself hydrated.  I feel like I go through a container of apple juice a day, but it seems to help.

    I've been having those this week. I think it was low blood sugar. Eating more helped me.

    I did.  I realized it was caffeine withdrawal.  So I have a minican of pepsi a day.  It helps.  I also make sure to eat enough calories and drink a ton.

    I definitely get headaches if I don't drink enough water.  I drink even more water than I did when I was pregnant!

    Definitely try and drink more...see if that makes a difference. My sis advised me to always have a glass of water next to me while I was BF. I never had headaches, but you never know!
