I am looking to buy a travel swing for our new baby because we are moving to a small apartment. ?We want to use it as the primary swing. ? I am interested in the Boppy Rock in Comfort swing, so please give me your reviews! ?Thanks!
We have it and I love it (it's still growing on DD, but she just doesn't like to be put down). It's super soft and really nice looking - it blends in with our house and doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.
We borrowed the travel frame from Graco, and another friend let us borrow the Boppy swing.
We like the frame from Graco because if we need to run an errand that coincides with naptime, we put DS in his carseat and in the swing--he falls asleep, and stays asleep when we put him in the car.
The Boppy swing is much better for regular play and/or soothing to sleep. It's not that big, is soft, etc. DS likes it a lot.
DS #1 Born 5/19/2009 Sunshine in my life!
DS #2 Born 6/3/2011 at 26 weeks, 4 days; passed away 6.5 hours later
Transabdominal cerclage placed 4/16/2012
BFP 6/20/12!!!
We still cannot figure out how to loosen the chest straps, so we had been using just the ones that go around the waist until DS nearly launched himself out the to of the swing! However, I think it looks better than any of the FP travel swings. It also folds up pretty compactly.
It's beautiful, but my son hates the forward-backward movement, so we had to return it and get one of the big loud and tacky Fisher Price rainforest swings. At least the new one plugs in
