Hello Ladies! This is a check-in for moms with a due date in the month of March 2010. If you would like to be added, please post your bump name, real name, age and EDD. Sorry if you?ve added yourself and I?ve missed you? just keep posting your info and I?m bound to add you! I?m really trying to keep up!
Also, if you need anything changed, please post your EDD along with your new info so that it's easier to find your name on the list (it is hard to find some of you to update!).
If you are listed in the due date needed list, please update your due date for me so that I can add you to the correct date.
Check-ins will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 8am CST. Feel free to check-in any time that day. Give us a general update on your progress and anything else you want to add! We will have a question of the day as well. There will also be a link to the check-in posted sometime after 4pm CST on M, W, and F.
We will hold off on naming our group until August so that all potential March moms have been identified. We can also work on creating some blinkies at that time if people are interested.

Plans for the weekend - not really.... I need to work on my thesis desperately, which I am going to try to do - but other than that, no.
Biggest fear? Something being wrong with the baby (special ed teacher occupational hazard, I suppose) and that my relationship with my DD is going to change
.... I don't know why, but it makes me sad to think that she won't be as excited. Excited about?? Newborn stuff again - I love the teeny-tiny stage - and I can't wait until they are big enough to play together, that will be fun to see
QOTD: Our big plans are a birthday party for our big boy who turns THREE on Sunday.
Biggest fear (besides miscarriage) is twins. It would mean an overhaul of our lifestyle, including me giving up my career, which is so important to me. If it happens, we'll be thrilled...it'd just be different than how we have imagined our life.
Most excited about: labor and delivery and just having this baby with us!
Plans for the weekend: Uh, nothing for now. There's a peach festival nearby, and I'm thinking some homemade peach cobbler sounds pretty tasty.
Pregnancy fear: I haven't had a lot of pregnancy symptoms, so I obviously worry about m/c. I know that's a common fear though, I'm just holding on to "faith in things unseen", you know?
Excited about: telling my family in 2 weeks. I think once that happens, everything will feel more "real". After that, I'm excited (nervous too) about my first appointment.

DH and I are moving tomorrow so we will be busy with that all weekend. I was packing last night but DH pretty much has everything covered so I won't have to do much lifting.
My biggest fear is losing the baby. That's how my last pg 8 years ago ended. I'm most exciting about meeting our little bundle of joy. I believe this baby is a miracle. 
Still tired, still nauseous. I woke up around 1 am STARVING! Counting down until our 1st u/s - 11 days!!
Feeling pretty good now, but had my first wave of nausea about an hour ago- oh boy! Going to the Dr today to check out some spotting I had two nights ago and get some bloodwork.

Hey All! I've been exhausted these past two days and a bit more sickly than usual. Still haven't thrown up though so I guess I'm still pretty lucky.
Plans for the weekend? It's our last weekend in London! We've been living here for two years and are spending one final day in the city and then starting packing on Sunday. We have movers coming Thursday to do the rest!
Biggest pregnancy fear? Miscarriage and finding something is wrong with the baby
Most excited about? Meeting our new baby in March!
My mom is coming into town today. I'm so excited. I have doctors appt and she is going to keep ds for me. My aunt is about to have her baby, so we might drive back home if she does.
My worse fear is going through what I went through with ds. I was induced, in labour for 42 hours, pushe for like 2 maybe. Ds wouldn't come out,he's cord was wrapped around his neck and his heart rate kept on dropping. They pushed him back in and I had to sit there with no epi and not push. Then I had an emergency c-sec. I know it wont happen like that this time bc i'm going to have a c-sec. But I'm still scared.
And also I had UTI the whole time, I had a real bad infection and had to get a catheder (sp???) in my arm and it went up my neck....i can't take that again.
I'm excited about the baby of course. All the things that come with pregnancy, feeling her/him move around and kicking the crap out of me. and then seeing them when their born.

The only exciting thing we have planned right now is having a grill delivered tomorrow. I realize that's not that exciting.
I'm most nervous about having a miscarriage.
At this point, I'm most excited about the first ultrasound, although I'm more anxious than anything.

Cleaning is the plan for the weekend. DH just finished installing hardwood floors, so the house is covered in sawdust. Since I have actually felt human again for the last 2 days, I figure I should take advantage of it. My biggest fear was that I wouldn't really be pregnant or that I would have a miscarriage. Since I finally saw the heartbeat on Tuesday, I am feeling much better. I'm most excited to see my belly grow and feel the baby move around.

I actually get to meet up with a friend that lives nearly 4 hours away so that should be fun. Then work on Saturday and then a visit to my Grandma's house is the plan for Sunday.
What is your biggest pregnancy fear?
Isn't everyone's biggest fear, miscarriage? Other than that I have a few. This is our first so, everything is still pretty new and slightly scary.
What are you most excited about?
Seeing it on the ultra sound for the first time. Feeling it move. Watching my husband and family interact with the baby once it is born.

Weekend plans - a couple picnics to attend for a 30th bday and a going away party.
Biggest fear - How do you pick just one! Currently is miscarriage of course. Other than that it's the cost of baby and all that comes along with him/her since DH currently is finishing up school and is waiting tables part time.
Most excited for telling all my friends and family! It's the first baby since I was born! Small family and I have no cousins.

What are you most excited about? I'm most excited about starting a family with the love of my life!
No plans for this weekend. It is really ugly outside, so probably just hanging around the house or going shopping.
My biggest pregnancy fear is bleeding and losing the baby. I am still terrified everytime I go to the bathroom. My first appt is this Thursday and hopefully everything goes good and that'll calm be down a little.
I am super excited to start buying things for the baby once we find out the sex, feeling the baby kick, and of course meeting our baby for the first time!
Do you have any plans for the weekend? I have family coming down and we are going shopping all day Saturday, if I can make it that long.;) I'm going to start looking for maternity clothes because I'm a school teacher and will be wearing them all year, probably right after school starts in august.
What is your biggest pregnancy fear? Miscarriage. However, I've seen the baby and heartbeat twice!
What are you most excited about? Getting out of the first tri! Meeting my baby!

1. Finishing my wedding guest list and starting on invitations
2. The health of the baby. I want to do everything I can to help ensure my baby is healthy and without physical disabilities
3. As far as the baby is concerned, finding out the gender. It's about 11 weeks away but I'm so looking forward to that.
QOTD: My mother is coming to visit, so that will keep us busy all weekend. She is going to babysit one night so we can go out to the movies. Very exciting!
My biggest fear is that the baby isn't healthy. I'm most excited to start feeling some kicks.
Do you have any plans for the weekend? There is an annual street/arts festival downtown here this weekend so we'll be headed to that. It'll be tough though b/c there are parties at night that we go to and I'm going to have to try to hide the fact that I'm not drinking which won't be easy at all!
What is your biggest pregnancy fear? Miscarriage of course but aside from that how my relationship with DH will change, how we will handle things financially and managing work along with raising a child.
What are you most excited about? Right now, it's telling everyone. I haven't thought too much into the future yet so this is what I think about most lately. We aren't telling until the end of August/early Sept which seems like forever away to me. Both of our families are going to be beyond shocked and excited b/c we always said we weren't having kids and no one knows we have been trying. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces!

I think 9 weeks brought back my appetite. wow. I have been so hungry yesterday n this morning. But i can gain some weight and itll be ok. Im down like 10 lbs since finding out about LO.
Plans for the weekend- Hopefully going to see my mom, i don't get to see her that much.
Biggest Pregnancy Fear- Something being wrong with the baby,tearing during birth.
Most excited about- Everything!
Anyone else peeing out of control?! Day time isn't too bad for me, I usually pee a lot, but I've been getting up 3-4 times/night to pee for the past 2 weeks, and usually don't get up at all or maybe once/night. Otherwise, symptoms not too bad, luckily the past week the fatigue has gotten better, I've actually been able to do stuff around the house. QOTD- My weekend plans are to work 12 hours shifts both days:( My biggest pregancy fear is a combo of possibly having an unhealthy baby and the pain of labor. I'm most excited about seeing the baby and holding it for the first time. Thanks.

What is your biggest pregnancy fear? I knew it would be exciting, but sort of "old news" to me. Like, since I've done it before, I would know everything to expect. But this pregnancy has been very different so far. My biggest fear is if I am not as sick with this one, or if it doesn't feel the same, there is something wrong....
What are you most excited about? I am most excited about Wyatt having a little brother or sister. He is going to be a wonderful big brother!

Just working on my computer all weekend. I'm hoping my sister surprises me with a visit here with my niece and nephew, but not sure she can make it.
Biggest pregnancy fear is miscarriage and that something will be wrong with the baby. I worry every day. My friend, who has two kids, says that "your maternal attachment" starts at conception! I'm already worried about my little peanut.
I am most excited about having a baby, being a mommy, decorating and picking things out for the nursery. I'm ready for the excitement that's about to come our way...well, in many, many months from now!
Plans - of course, we're demoing the kitchen, and probably the flooring on the first floor to prepare for putting in new strand-woven bamboo.
Fear - right now, that I have to start a new job (that I applied for months ago) at the end of next month. I can't see past the morning sickness, and I am terrified of telling my prospective employer.
Excited - the hope that the zofran will work and m/s will be over LOL!

Getting past the first trimester and telling everyone! Right now, only our immediate family knows.

Tonight i am hoping to relax after a long week. Saturday we are going to a street fair and a friends birthday party and then Sunday nothing so far planned.
Biggest pregnancy fear... loosing the baby, its what is on my mind all the time, and i try to think about other things and have the attitude of if its meant to be its meant to be, although that is soooo hard.
I am most excited about telling people after our u/s in 2 weeks and then meeting our Baby T in March

My sister's birthday is this weekend so we will be celebrating.
My biggest pregnancy fear is losing the little bambino - but I try and stay positive everyday, and enjoy this ride.
I am most excited to set my eyes on the little guy/gal - I can't wait to experience love like this!
No weekend plans so far. We're dog sitting so wherever we go it won't be too far away. We usually take our pup places, but our visitor is not a very good traveler so we're just staying home. I might talk DH into an Ikea run to finalize the plans for our kitchen.
I'm with 98% of the women on here - i'm scared of a miscarrage. That fear is starting to subside as I get closer to the second tri and have seen the heartbeat twice, but it's still there. I'm also afraid of how my relationship with DH will change after the baby is born - heck, i'm scared of how our life will change. I know it's all worth it but it's definitley going to be an adjustment:)
I'm most excited right now to start to tell folks. We're not telling anyone until we tell our parents and we're doing that this coming week. I think i'm still going to wait until 13 weeks to let the cat out of the bag to everyone but we're comfortable telling a few select folks now.

Weekend: My parents are in town to plan for their retirement move here. We'll be hanging out with them, which will be wonderful.
Fear: Miscarriage. Money. How DH and my relationship/life will change once the bambino comes.
Excited: Telling everyone! Right now, only immediate family knows. Getting a bump. Getting out of the first tri!
QOTD: We have friends coming to visit us this weekend.. We haven't seen them since we moved, so I'm pretty excited for that.
Biggest Fear: Something being wrong with the baby or losing the baby.
Excited About: Becoming a Mom and getting to hold the baby for the first time

What is your biggest pregnancy fear? Something wrong with out little nugget, I would feel like I did something wrong.

We are going to my in-laws lake house w/ some friends this weekend so I am super excited. None of them know we are pregnant so we are making the big announcement! My biggest fear is losing this baby. DH and I want it so bad and after one m/c I cant imagine going through that again. I am most excited about holding a healthy, beautiful baby in my arms! (Sappy I know)!!

Do you have any plans for the weekend? I go for my first u/s tonight- so excited but so nervous at the same time.
What is your biggest pregnancy fear? Miscarriage of course, but right after that is having an unhealthly baby- I'm tearing up thinking about it
What are you most excited about? Buying maternity clothes- I get to buy a whole new wardrobe and my husband can't complain about it!
Biggest pregnancy fear: miscarriage - aside from that I am afraid my body will not be able to handle twins well, or of feeling crummy my whole pregnancy and not being able to enjoy it.
Right now I'm most excited that our friends and family are happy for us. Longer term, I'm excited to get the 1st trimester over with so I can start shopping (family superstition says no shopping for first three months).

Texas Rangers game tonight, all day rehearsal for singing on Saturday, sing in praise and worship band 2 services on Sunday, then all day rehearsal for dancing on Sunday. Sigh...makes me tired just thinking about it - but life must go on!
