I found a green tea supplement today. I can't seem to choke down the real green tea. Blegh!! So I bought this supplement thinking it would be easier to stick to. WDYT?

I love real green tea and drink it on a regular basis. But it was something I had to ease into when I first started.

I have tried every flavor and I've even added flavoring to it. I hate it. I just can not drink it. Ick!

I also bought a Green tea supplement from target. I hate green tea and hoped that this would work in its place.

I've always been so so with green tea, but I did find a green tea that has jasmine in it that smells lovely, and isn't too heavy on the green tea flavor.

BTW, can you remind me when you're supposed to drink green tea? Is it only during the fertile days?

Oh also, the kind I did actually drink (only from work with a special coffee tea machine) was Green Tea with Jasmine and 1 splenda packet. That wasn't too bad. Also make sure to drink LOTS of water throughout the day....that will also affect your CM. GL!

do you lik regular iced tea? Snapples new iced tea as black and green tea in it and it just tastes like reg iced tea!
