Feeling Pressure on Cervix

At least that is what I think it is...it almost feels like something is going to fall out of me or something....I dont' feel pressure on my whole bottome area but actually inside of my vijayjay feels like something is going to come out like a tampon or something....I literally feel like if I cought or sneeze something is going to fall out...

I saw the dr. yesterday and told her and she checked and said that the babies head was down and that is why I'm getting some many sharp pains or "lighting crouch" as I've heard it referred...but that I can get....and then she said that I just need to hold on a keep the baby in there for another 3 weeks....she said that is the point that she wouldn't stop labor if it happens!  So what the heck...just woundering if anyone has experience this feeling that I'm having at or around the same point of their preg?

    I get that feeling every once in a while, but it goes away...

    I get the pressure also and doc said about the same thing but she said that if the pressure comes I should lay down until it goes away and if I have more that 3 contractions with the pressure or 4 without in one hour to call. She said it is just because the baby moved into position and putting pressure down there with its head, she said as it gains more wieght it may get worse. Thats why until we are further along I should take it easy.
