XP: If your Costco has the Benetino's Spinach and Aged White Cheddar chicken sausages,

I highly recommend them!  If you're interested, I just made up an amazing pasta dish using them.  Super easy, but so very tasty!!!

2 of the sausages

1/2 c. sundried tomatoes - diced

1 c. dry white wine

1/4 c. olive oil (from the sundried tomatoes jar, if available)

2 Tbls. minced garlic (it may have been more, I just eyeballed it, but I love garlic)

salt and pepper, to taste

parmesan cheese

2 servings of cooked pasta (I just used spaghetti)

Brown the sausages on both sides in a skillet (I used a big, tall one since I added everything to it, in the end) over medium heat.  Set aside sausages to cool on a seperate plate.  Deglaze the pan with the wine and let wine reduce down.  Once it has thickened, add olive oil, garlic, sundried tomatoes, salt, pepper and let cook for another couple minutes.  While it's cooking, slice the sausages and add to the sauce.  Toss the cooked pasta with the pan sauce and top with parmesan cheese.
