Our dogs name is Isadora. Izzy for short. We call her doodle bug most of the time though. It got me thinking- how many of you call your furbaby something other than their actual name? When izzy hears "Isadora" she knows she's in trouble and won't listen!

Re: Call your furbaby something different than their name?
We registered him as Johnny Drama. We call him Drama. A lot of the time I call him Dramakins. I don't know why....
Rocco the puppy I call either Roccalou or Senor Puppybreath
Turkey the cat I either call Turkalou or Turkleton.
Jade responds to Jade and Jader-Bears. Jade Marie is reserved for when she is in trouble. Haha.
Gladys the dog is Captain Shaggles, Colonel Snoops, Puppers, Gladabell, Gladiola... the list goes on! DH LOVES nicknames.
Janet the cat is usually Whiskers or Mr. Whiskers. Yes, Mr., despite the fact she's a girl. DH insists Miss Whiskers doesn't sound as good!
I am the queen of giving nicknames to my two pugs, Rocky and Rambo. I call Rocky "bubu", "nookie," "monkey," and "Rocky-bear." Rambo is "rammy," "ram-dizzle," or "dizzy." I feel bad for my future children. I'll probably never call them by their given names! haha
We have 2 indoor cats, Rocket whom we call Bug because he is a good bug catcher, and Deena, whom we call Ne Ne or Princess Pants because she's such a little princess.
We also have an outdoor cat, Guinevere, whom we call Gwinny or Gwinny-bear.
Oh, we've got TONS of nicknames for the boys.
Our orange cat, Icarus, we call Icky, Fuzzy Butt, Punk Ass, etc.
Our brown tabby, Loki, I call Bear, Little Boy, Laundry (it's a long story), Loki Karaoke...
Our dog's name is Sugar and we call her:
Woo
Miss Woo
Woog/Woogie
It comes from Sug-A-Woog. Weird, I know;)
Sydney I often call Sydney Belle or Syd. Also Baby Girl or Princess cause her personality is totally a little princess.
Trix gets Trixie a lot. I'll also call her Trixie Pix, which has shortened just to Pix. My DH hates this! He always tells me "Her name is Trix not Pix!"
Nemo I call Buddy or Little Man. Hes our only boy, so?
We are totally into nicknames - and they change a lot!
Our little guy's "formal' name is JJ, but he also goes by: Baby J, Juicy Juice, Juicy, Va J J..... I think there's more (most, if not all, created by DH himself).
We also have a cat named TC, but she really only goes by Baby Girl. And she doesn't respond to either name.

Our dog Tessa I call Pretty Girl 99% of the time, or Ticks/Tickle Bug. The last one stems from when my husband would call her Tess Tickle, and then laugh. Yeah, he acts like he is 12 sometimes.
Our other dog Duke I usually call Bubba. My H usually calls him Dewey. Other nicknames are: Dukers, Dukie, or Dukie Doo.
My cat Emma Louise is Emma Lou, or Fat Cat/Fattie.
