  Technically, I'm 5'1 3/4" so I round up and say 5'2".

  I tried rounding up to 5'6" because of my shoes, and the nurse wouldn't let me have it.

  5' 2"  - my nick name in Jr. High was small fry.  You giants stay away from me.  You'll make me look 5' 1".  :P

  As for short jeans, the only ones I've found that really work length wise are anne taylor short jeans.  They are too short for some of my "I'm trying to compensate for the length of my jeans" tall shoes.  They're the only ones I can wear real flats with.
