How to Thaw Milk?

I am building a freezer stash. How do you girls thaw milk for when your LO goes to daycare?

I was planning on preparing the bottles the night before. Do you take the frozen milk from the freezer the night before? Leave it out, put it in the fridge to thaw?

    I only thaw milk for Monday's bottles.  For the rest of the week I send what I pump at work.  When I thaw I put it in the fridge on Sunday.  If it's still not totally thawed by the time I need to make bottles, I run it under cold water.

    I thaw by moving to the fridge the evening before and make the bottles in the morning.
