    I like 3 Threds the best (off BeeCaves inside that same shopping center as Stein Mart).  It's about $10 - $12 per monogram, depending on what you get.  The Monogram Lady also monograms (off Far West) and her prices are about the same.

    I know Haute Baby (360 at Devenport Village) does monogramming but they can be expensive. I am not sure how competitive they are in pricing, but they do some really cute stuff!

    16 Point Embroidery in Southpark Meadows is great!  Don't know if prices have gone up but when I used her over Christmas, it was $6 per monogram.
