NBR: Just Learned A Great Cell Phone Trick!

My MIL will randomly call my cell phone (Dh does not have one so we share) and leave LOOOONG voicemails... im talkin  mins and mins about nothing... yak yak yak! its never really important either and she usally combines 3 stories in one! ANYWAYS today i was at work and i mentioned it too a client and she told me to try pressing 6 when listening to the v-mail! and i did and it worked! HURRAY!!! i'm using that trick from now on.. to bad it doesn't work on regular calls! jk!

    oh yeah! i was too excited! it speeds up the voicemail! so she was talking super fast. the more you press it the faster it will go!

    if you hit the "3" it will fast forward a few seconds too, if you want to skip to the point instead of skipping all of it.

    not sure if this works on all cell phone vm but I hit 7 twice(7 is the delete button on my vm) and it deletes it in the middle of listening to the message. So I dont have to wait through the entire message to delete it.

    Or like me and my MIL - if both people have verizon and MIL leaves me a message I can press 8 at the end of the message and have it go straight back to her voice mail so it seems like I called her back and then that can give me some more time for avoidance :)
